OK, so no one knew where the event was, so the ergs were old, so there was no real race order. Did this lot care?

...and so it was! By 0.2 of a second. Hey! they all count!
Dougie & Ant prepare to race. Dougie looks to see if Jef's passed out in warm up.
Roy & Pete, both in their second race, place themselves handy for when Jef falls off the Erg. This, by the way, is the last time Jef looks like he's not been dead a week.
...it's looking good here, both well in control... PB's maybe?
Not so pretty at this end though Roy is heading for his 2nd sub 7 minuter of the day

But was it all worth it? Anything's worth it for a bit of something on the end of a ribbon. Ant, Kieron and Jef clean sweep in their category, Dougie takes Gold!

....but let's not mention the size of the fields ok?
